winpakar transacts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your winpakar wallet and withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on winpakar are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus abuse — including exploitation of promotional terms through structured or coordinated betting — is prohibited.

Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, winpakar reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a winpakar account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obliged to update your registration details promptly if any information changes. winpakar is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
winpakar operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by winpakar may result in temporary account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpakar login credentials, including your username and password. winpakar will never request your password through any channel other than the official winpakar.org login interface. All bets, deposits, and transactions placed through your winpakar account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether a third party accessed your account without your consent, unless winpakar is notified in writing prior to those transactions being settled.

winpakar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, standard bank transfer, and debit card. winpakar does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the player's winpakar wallet typically within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the winpakar cashier section and are subject to change at winpakar's discretion. winpakar does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawals to verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. winpakar reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered winpakar account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of your winpakar account.
A winpakar account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. winpakar reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published within the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, cashback offers, and any other promotional incentives offered by winpakar are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Bonus funds credited to a winpakar account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to Section 4.3.
winpakar prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer; exploiting promotions through low-risk or structured betting strategies; using software or automated tools to identify and exploit promotional value; and coordinated account activity designed to generate guaranteed returns from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, winpakar reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, remove bonus funds, and close the relevant account(s) without prior notice.
All sports bets placed on winpakar are governed by winpakar's Sportsbook Rules, which are published within the betting interface and form part of these Terms by reference. winpakar reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical malfunction has affected bet acceptance or settlement.
Casino games available on winpakar are sourced from independent, licenced game providers. Each game operates according to its published Return to Player ("RTP") percentage and Random Number Generator ("RNG") certification. winpakar does not alter game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed in the player's client and the result recorded on the winpakar server, the server record shall be the definitive result.
winpakar reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any player at any time without providing a reason. This right is exercised at winpakar's absolute discretion and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.

You may not use the winpakar name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, on any third-party website, or in any manner that implies endorsement by winpakar without express written authorisation.
winpakar collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a winpakar account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpakar's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the winpakar platform — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their winpakar account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winpakar shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the winpakar platform — even if winpakar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winpakar does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. winpakar will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.
You may close your winpakar account at any time by contacting winpakar support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
winpakar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where winpakar has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player poses a risk under winpakar's AML or fraud prevention policies; continuation of the account would breach winpakar's licensing obligations; or the player is located in a jurisdiction where winpakar's services are not permitted.
Where an account is closed by winpakar due to confirmed Terms breach — including fraud, multiple accounts, or bonus abuse — any outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to winpakar's internal investigation and in accordance with the player's statutory rights under applicable law.
winpakar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on winpakar.org at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with regulatory or licensing obligations, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the winpakar platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpakar holds its international gaming licence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
In the event of any dispute between you and winpakar arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through winpakar's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 15. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, and the arbitration award shall be final and enforceable.
Nothing in this Section affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, and winpakar will not seek to restrict any rights you hold as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
